Low-smoke halogen-free cable: refers to environmentally friendly cables made from materials that do not contain halogens (F, Cl, Br, I, At) or environmental substances such as lead, cadmium, chromium, and mercury, which do not emit toxic smoke when burned. Its characteristics are: when burned, it only produces a faint water mist, with a visible distance of over 60 meters, non-toxic: does not contain any toxic substances, flame retardant: achieves flame retardant effects through irradiation cross-linking technology, long lifespan: anti-aging, with a lifespan of up to 100 years, high temperature resistance: maximum working temperature can reach 150 degrees.
Characteristics of low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant wire: tensile strength is greater than that of ordinary PVC wire; ordinary PVC wire has a tensile strength greater than 1.05 Kgf/mm2, while low-smoke halogen-free wire has a tensile strength greater than 1.2 Kgf/mm2; has good weather resistance (-30℃~105℃); has good flexibility (hardness of 80-90); has non-migration properties (because this product formulation does not require the addition of plasticizers, it will not have migration properties); does not produce toxic black smoke when burned (only produces a small amount of white smoke); has a high volume resistivity: PVC wire generally ranges from 10^12 to 10^15 Ω/cm3, while low-smoke halogen-free wire is greater than 10^16 Ω/cm3; has good high-voltage resistance characteristics: PVC wire generally withstands over 10KV, while low-smoke halogen-free wire can reach over 15KV; has good elasticity and stickiness.
